Dear Magill Families,

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year at Magill Elementary! Whether you’re returning to our school community or joining us for the first time, we are thrilled to have your family with us for another year of growth, discovery, and excellence.

Our theme this year is “Reach for the Stars.” This theme reflects our commitment to helping every student soar academically, socially, and emotionally. At Magill, we believe that every child has the potential to shine, and we are dedicated to creating a learning environment where students are supported, challenged, and inspired to dream big. We remain committed to achieving Excellence for All.

As Harriet Tubman once said:

This year, we will encourage our Comets to dream boldly, set high goals, and embrace challenges with confidence. With your partnership, we’ll help them take the steps needed to reach those dreams through strong academics, positive relationships, and a supportive school culture that celebrates effort and achievement.

I am proud and honored to serve as the principal of Magill Elementary. Leading this incredible school is a privilege I do not take lightly. Every day, I am inspired by the dedication of our teachers, the curiosity and resilience of our students, and the unwavering support of our families. Together, we have built a community that values learning, kindness, and high expectations, and I am excited to see what we will accomplish this year as we collaborate to help our students be the best versions of themselves.
